  • ... that Yuta Shitara won 100 million yen for breaking the Japanese record at the 2018 Tokyo Marathon? Source: Shitara's national record brought him a 100 million yen bonus (US$950,000) from the Japan Corporate Track and Field Federation as part of their "Project Exceed" initiative to improve performances in the build-up to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Inoue's sub-2:07 run was also worth a 10 million yen bonus[1]
  • Comment: Not sure if the pic is relevant enough, but included in case you want to go with an image

  • I see a typo: "Official results English". Shouldn't it be "Official English results"? As for the article, it was new enough and long enough when it was nominated, it's adequately sourced, and images are sufficiently licensed. QPQ provided by the nominator. The hook is interesting and is both in the article and verified in the source. Once the typo and any other typos in the article are fixed this will be approved. • @Narutolovehinata5: Not really sure how that got in there and it's superfluous to the references held in the results section. I've removed it. SFB 15:00, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
With that, there are no more problems left. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 15:05, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came to promote this, but none of the time charts are sourced. Where did you get this information? Yoninah (talk) 18:08, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
  • @Yoninah: You mean the tables of results? This is referenced by the official results PDFs in the references section, as is the usual, most elegant way to reference data series with one source. SFB 18:12, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
  • Oops, I didn't get down that far. Thanks. Yoninah (talk) 18:14, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
