Article date, length and references are ok, for both possible hooks. Articles scores only 2% on Earwig's Copyvio Detector. QPQ is met. Both hooks are suitable, for the second one you could also add "in the same round". Article has a good amount of prosse and references, well above the usual statistics-only football articles.
