... that the only winner of Spain's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? used his Phone a Friend lifeline on the final question, to tell his wife he was going to win?

Source: Telecinco [1] : Title is "Usó el comodín de la llamada para decirle a su mujer que había ganado en 50x15" "He used the phonecall lifeline to tell his wife that he had won on 50x15 [then name of the show]". Video from original copyright holder is on page. The fact he was the only winner comes from [2] here: "Enrique Chicote fue el único concursante español en ganar el gran premio de ¿Quién quiere ser millonario?". "Enrique Chicote was the only Spanish contestant to win the jackpot on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"

Comment: Not sure if a 2010 unsourced article turned into a redirect and written with sources in 2021 counts as new or expanded, but same difference.

That's certainly valid, but I don't think it's necessary. Yes, most contestants on that show win some money, but if I went down to the pub right now and said "the guy who won on Who wants to be a Millionaire", I assure you 99% of people at least would think I was talking about someone who won the whole show. I would count this article as new. It is also long enough. I assume good faith on the Spanish references. A QPQ has been completed. The article's title was changed so I fixed it in the hook. This is ready. SL93 (talk) 04:10, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
