Named parameters

Param	Description
`scoring`	Should be one of `2010`, `2016`, `2017`, or no value for no points displayed
`double`	Should be set to `y` to display double points (for finals pre-2017), or not set otherwise
`standard-margin`	Should be set to `y` to use standard bottom margins (typically for the last table in a series), or not set otherwise
