This template is used as a editnotice on pages related to the Troubles which is a contentious topic. You can specify extra restrictions that have been placed on the page by an uninvolved administrator. This should be used over {{Contentious topics/page restriction editnotice}} or {{Contentious topics/editnotice}} for this topic area.

Usage of this template will place the editnotice in Category:Wikipedia arbitration enforcement current sanctions unless nocat is set.
