Usage
[edit]When used together with {{blurb}}, this template will enclose whatever appears between the two in a blue box with rounded corners (on supported browsers) and a colored border. It can be used for quotes, or other useful content. It could be useful also in some places to match other template elements like sidebars and navbars.
