Usage

For {{after}}: If parameter 1 is after parameter 2, returns 1, else nothing.

• {{After|1860|10 April 1962}} =
• {{After|20 July 1969|10 April 1962}} = 1

For {{before}}: the reverse.

• {{Before|1860|10 April 1962}} = 1
• {{Before|20 July 1969|10 April 1962}} =
