This template is automatically transcluded on all BRFA pages to give primer links so newcomers can get around the BRFA process more easily. Technically, the help box is placed on the BRFA page through {{newbot}}. The box will only show on the individual BRFA discussion page.
You can, however, manually add {{BRFA help}}
wherever else you want (e.g. a user's talk page).
Hiding the box
If you do not wish to see the BRFA help box on BRFA pages, you can permanently hide it by adding .rootpage-Wikipedia_Bots .brfa-help-box { display: none !important; }
to your Special:Mypage/common.css, available for logged-in users. You may need to create the page if you don't already use a custom .css page. You will need to bypass your browser's cache for the changes to take effect.
