This template is mainly used on WP:BRFA and its subpages for listing bot requests for approval.

Usage

{{BRFA|Bot Name|Request number|Open}}

or

{{BRFA|Bot Name|Open}}

Once trial is approved, change Open to Trial.

Once bot is approved, move to Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/Approved and change to Approved or Already Flagged and add |~~~~~.

IF BOT IS ALREADY FLAGGED, CHANGE TEMPLATE TO BRFAA AND SUBST:

{{subst:BRFAA|Bot Name|Request number|Already Flagged|~~~~~}}

If bot expires, is denied, or is withdrawn:

{{BRFA|Bot Name|Request number|Expired|~~~~~}} {{BRFA|Bot Name|Request number|Withdrawn|~~~~~}} {{BRFA|Bot Name|Request number|Denied|~~~~~}}

Crats: Once flagged, change to: {{subst:BRFAA|Bot Name|Request number|Flagged|~~~~~}}
