Usage
[edit]This template is used to facilitate referrals from Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement (AE) to Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Clarification and Amendment (ARCA). This template is for sanction appeals, not requests for sanctions. For requests, use {{Arbitration AE request referral}}.
