Tanya Gold (born 31 December 1973)[1] is an English freelance journalist.[2]
Career
[edit]Gold has written for British newspapers, including The Guardian, the Daily Mail, The Independent, The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Times,[3] the Evening Standard, New Statesman, The Oldie and for The Spectator magazine.[4][5][6] She has also written for The New York Times.[7]
In 2009, Gold was commended in the Feature Writer of the Year category at the British Press Awards.[8] In 2010, she won Feature Writer of the Year at the British Press Awards[9] and was also nominated for Columnist of the Year.[10]
Gold is an avowed republican.[11][12]
