Tall Khosrow (Persian: تل خسرو)[a] was a village in, and the former capital of, Sarrud-e Jonubi Rural District[4] of the Central District of Boyer-Ahmad County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran. The capital of the rural district has been transferred to the village of Aliabad-e Sartol.[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,822 in 366 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 3,169 people in 793 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 4,534 people in 1,200 households.[2]

After the census, the city of Madavan and the villages of Balahzar, Jadval-e Ghureh-ye Mehrian, Madavan-e Sofla, Mehrian, Sarab-e Taveh, Servak, and Tall Khosrow were merged with the city of Yasuj.[5]
