Zulema Yoma was Menem's wife, but as they divorced in 1991, their daughter (who is also called ZULEMA as it is her first name) started to play the role of First Lady. She traveled with Menem, her father, in every direction and did the same at formal occasions. Father and daughter were received in all countries they went and by many kings as President and First Lady in sipe of she is his daughter and not his wife. But at one point, many went confused as happened to you: Mother and daughter are called Zulema. So mother Zulema was simply called Zulema, and the young lady was called Zulemita ("Zulemita Menem", "Little Zulema") up to date. Previous version confused also wife and daughter, and that is why I did the changes. As you may see, here is a picture of Zulema Yoma [1]. In this other one, Zulemita is the one on the left [2].
