I don't think that we should have notes on the scientific accuracy of the renderings of the animals (ex: note on deinonychus's feathers, or lack thereof). Please stop making up excuises for how that blurry item behind the tree is a tail, it could easily be one of the animals who have been confirmed and match that coloration, it could be a building, it could even be the back ground on the zt2 maps (like the buildings), so please stop. You don't have to attack other editors over things they may not know. Wikipedia is all about co-operation and being civil. Anyway the gallery has been removed because galleries of non-free content are discouraged under Wikipedia guidelines, regardless if the images have fair use rationales or not. The 35 animal rumor is that in the extinct animals fansite kit, there is a picture of a quagga under animal renderings. Some people belive this is a '35th' animal. GrimpyNZ 17:43, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

In complete fairnessy, I don't think we should worry too much about whether the Quagga or the Giant Bullfrog is the 35th animal, or even if there IS a 35th animal, until the game comes out. So, all of this was found in the demo files? Sounds nice, but I did notice something about the objectives that you listed. If there are Irish Elk/Megaloceros and Imperial Mammoth statues in EA, wouldn't it be possible that these are also in EA but in a similar manner as the Quagga (vandals PLEASE don't get any ideas)? Or, otherwise just the statues are put in EA? Maybe they can even be future add-on's like the Addax was to AA? What do you guys think?

Those things are into the game, and they are found in the files of the demo. Up to now, everything included in the demo in that way has been included in the final game. That, together with the animal escapades screenshots, mean that the only thing left to know is Velociraptor's biome, and we can speculate about it being desert, due to the existance of a Gobi desert map... While I found you are correct on the Bluebuck part, you are not on the Quagga. It has been found to be unlocked by releasing one of every extinct animal into the wild. If you want to edit Wikipedia, at least try to keep up with information. The uncofirmed section is no longer needed. The Giant Bullfrog is not an animal and there is nothing in the picture. Dinwrest

I think you should open your mind and do your own research, rather that stiking to what some media says. Saber-toothed cats are members of the subfamily Machairodontinae, of the Felidae family; while tigers are of the Pantherinae subfamily. Saber-toothed cats are not closely related to any living cat, but the common name of the genus Smilodon is saber toothed tiger. It's inaccurate, though, but it's popular. When I troied on the demo version of this game, There was a diease minigame in the scenario, WHen I found the cure, I recived cash, so it's best to do this in the challenges and campaigns. Can I please add in this sentence on the diease curing section:

Killer penguin.

There is actually a 36th animal, but it's only obtainable with a low DNA combining result. Biome is Tundra.

It seems it does: Biome: Tundra (From the Tundras of Madagascar the Zoopedia says hehe)

How to get it: The zoopedia states: Frankly the zoopedia doesn't know how you got this crazy penguin. Probably an accident at the Extinct Animal Reserch lab. Don't even think about trying to get another. One Killer Penguin is enough to ruin your whole zoo!

Appearance: The penguin is cloned as a egg, By the time its full grown the Killer Penguin is a head taller than a male gest. Its a re-sized Rockhopper Penquin with teeth and big, mean slanting eyebrows. When the Killer Penguin hatches it cackles evily.

Enrichment: The Killer Penguin has no toys. Instead it satifies its stimulation meter by deliberatly scaring guests.

The fun facts of the Zoopedia on it are: The killer penguin loves long walks on frozen beaches, watching the sun set, and pecking other animals to death. It also states "If someone asks if you want a Penguin, say no!" and I don't remember the last one.

How to get rid of it: Unsuprisingly, you can't but the Killer Penguin up for adoption (Who would want it?) and its almost never happy enough to be released to the wild (because unless you like keeping a good supply of guests for it to scare the Killer Penguin's stimulation need is always unsatified) so your pretty much stuck with it.

A file to unlock everything?

WP:VG assessment

I'm going to keep this at its current rating of Start-class, though getting this article to B-Class shouldn't be too difficult. Here are some ideas to improve the article:

• Citations are a little on the light side. WP:CITE.
• With the exception of the first "Confirmation" section, this article seems to deal exclusively with the gameplay. It goes into too much detail per WP:NOT#GUIDE. Lists of animals are the main giveaway. If the information isn't useful to someone who's never going to play the game, there's little need to include it. I'd suggest condensing this info down into one "Gameplay" section, possibly with subsections, though given the fact that this is an expansion pack, I doubt you'd need to.
• Lead needs expansion per WP:LS.
• The dates given in the infobox at the top of the article suggest the game has now been released. If this is the case and some critical reviews have been published, consider writing a "Reception" section.

You could probably get a B by tidying up the gameplay section and writing a reception section. Hope this helps, Una Laguna^Talk 20:38, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
