War of pigs was nominated for deletion. The discussion was closed on 20 March 2009 with a consensus to merge. Its contents were merged into Zons. The original page is now a redirect to this page. I translated the corresponding article in the German Wikipedia as requested in March 2009. Feel free to polish the English. In advance my apologies to the blazon experts: I wasn’t taught that kind of “language” at school. I didn’t include the local legend about the "Schweinefehde" (War of Pigs) as it isn’t mentioned in the corresponding article; it is obviously without importance to the Germans. Anyone volunteering to write about the War of Pigs? My next task on the list is to translate the article about Friedestorm Castle in Zons http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burg_Friedestrom !
