There is another person with this name, a former Punjab Minister for Social Welfare who was assassinated 20 Feb 2007, this article is not about that minister but another individual. --joe deckertalk to me01:51, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
@Spasage:. Good detective work! (I'm delighted to get a response to this, my previous comment was made about seven years ago.) The first step is almost certainly to create a Disambiguation page, and add hatnotes to each article to point to that page.
The question of whether or not to harmonize the spellings is more subtle, in general we title articles based on the way English sources transliterate the name into English, and so it is possible in theory that different people with the same native name might have different transliterations. In practice, there may very well be insufficient English-language sources to really establish a WP:COMMONNAME, and you'd want someone more knowledgeable about the subjects, language and culture to suggest any necessary and sensible title changes. Consider asking for for assistance at WikiProject Pakistan for the latter. --joe deckertalk16:39, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I have attempted to start the appropriate disambiguation page and have added the appropriate hatnotes to the three articles. If you could take a look and let me know if you see any issues or concerns, that'd be great, then we can figure out how to address the question of whether some of the titles should be changed. Thanks! --joe deckertalk16:51, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Joe Decker:,Yes I know, you raised it years ago. Thanks for creating disambiguation page. I was thinking of creating disambiguation page with english spelling which are more acceptable. Currently, same name can be written as Zil-e-Huma, Zill-e-Huma or Zile Huma. It is just a matter of consensus. As, in Urdu, it is same language. So, get editors feedback on this.--Spasage (talk) 18:11, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
