1622 earthquake

This source attributes the 1622 earthquake to a "possible extension of the Luoshan Fault", not the Zhongwei-Tongxin fault. I don't have access to ref#2, but the previous source and others like this one suggest that its epicentre lay to the east of the termination of the Zhongwei-Tongxin fault.
