BPM ?
[edit]And I quote "the tempo of which approaches the 260 bpm mark." - 260 is not particularly fast, how accurate is this ? It doesn't seem right to me.
You try playing 16th bass drum notes at 260bpm then.

Derek Roddy could do it! Listen to the song "King of all Kings" by Hate Eternal
260 is incredibly fast, i dunno what the hell youre smoking. it doesnt matter though because i took a metronome to slaves shall serve and inferno blasts at almost 280 there.
260 is not fast. Technically proficient he is, fast he is not.
im pretty sure youd have a heart attack if you tried to keep up with inferno. anyone who says 260 is not fast must not know what its like to play at that speed. prestissimo is 200 bpm so 260 bpm is definitely fast. and just because there are songs at 300 bpm or whatever does not make 260 slow. hyperblasts are usually short and 8th notes, you never hear anyone do 16th note dbass at 300bpm with single strokes. anything over 200 is fast and anything past 250 is extremely fast.
I think the people who are saying he is not fast don't understand BPM, he plays 16th notes at 260BPM which would be equal to 1040BPM I guess.
I don't think this guy understands the difference between beats per minute and strokes per minute. BPM represents the overall speed and 260 is incredibly fast. When playing 16th notes at 260 bpm, you're playing 1040 strokes per minute, as the guy above said. Big difference between Beats and Strokes. Either way, 260bpm is extremely fast. 210.49.66.235 11:56, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
Idiots! It's a matter of units - I mean: quater notes, 8th notes 16th notes etc. 8th notes in 260BPM is definitely the same as 16th in 130BPM. Is that clear? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.72.56.147 (talk) 22:59, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
Blowing fire
[edit]Maby it should be noted that he used to/still blow fire on stage at the beginning of every act as a sort of signature to his name, Inferno?
Cymbals
[edit]This Wikipedia article states "Inferno" uses Paiste Cymbals but this and this webpage says he uses Sabian cymbals.
Also the source number 5: http://www.spaundrums.com/images/endorsers/inferno.htm is dead — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pompato (talk • contribs) 12:52, 20 March 2012 (UTC)
Title article
[edit]Hey,
Can somebody change the article title to just Zbigniew Promiński? Because I can't find how to do it. Robert is his middle name, no one ever calls him by that name. I mean, his name is Zbigniew, not 'Zbigniew Robert'. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gunthervandeven (talk • contribs) 22:53, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
