Coordinate error

Coordinates do not match the location that is described in the article as a city named Sergiev Posad near Moskow, the coordinates locate to an area inside Moskow.

I'm not absolutely sure about this, but I've changed the coordinates to those of a location in Sergiev Posad that's labeled "Ao Zagorskiy Optiko-Mekhanicheskiy Zavod" on Google Maps. It looks as though the company has locations in both Moscow and Sergiev Posad, and I'm not sure which is the actual headquarters; but the reports of the explosion specify a plant in Sergiev Posad, so that's what I went with.
