Bad Writing
[edit]This page needs some major editing. There are grammatical misconstructions galore, and it keeps jumping back and forth between past and present tense. The same is true for the Gormogon page. Whoever is writing these Bones-related entries could use a good editor. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.87.253.76 (talk) 23:11, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
Zach vs Zack
[edit]I'd like to point that the name is spelled wrong. The correct spelling is "Zack" and "Zachary", this info come directly from the fox dot com slash bones page. i don't know how to change the page name. So if anyone knows, please, do. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jubes (talk • contribs) 02:37, October 31, 2007 (UTC)
- Concur with respect to "Zach". I've moved the page and fixed up a bunch of references. I didn't find any reference at Fox to his full name, so I didn't change that. Jordan Brown 05:50, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
In one episode, they mention that his middle name is "Uriah." I'll try to review which one it was. Cassakay (talk) 06:04, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Why?
[edit]So why did Zack become Gormogon's apprentice? It doesn't make it clear. Lots42 (talk) 07:09, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
In the end of the episode, Cam said why, she was like "That is what happens when a weak personality meets a strong personality —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ironman88988 (talk • contribs) 03:14, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- ??? There was more of an explanation then there, wasn't there? The -article- doesn't make it clear, I know the motive was explaiend in the episode, I didn't catch it all because I was distracted. Lots42 (talk) 03:54, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- I think we lost an episode's worth of development on this storyline in the writer's strike. Anyone know if Millegan is returning next season? Schoop (talk) 12:29, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
I think it's also important to pin down when. At the beginning of the Gormogon storyline, Zack hasn't yet become the apprentice. He says that he first met the Master "three months ago" - at what point is that in the Bones timeline? It is, I believe, after Booth stops Gormogon from drowning the child in the pool, but obviously before the lobbyist is killed in a closing scene. 75.196.120.206 (talk) 06:02, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
If anyone knows/finds out *how* Zack was turned, it would help this article. Did the Gormogon win him over? "Hey, cannibalism is great!" Or did he threaten Zack? Lovellama (talk) 04:30, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
Infobox
[edit]I've gone ahead and made a wp:bold edit to make all of the infoboxes for Bones characters match. Some were orange, other purple, etc. The ones for Temperance "Bones" Brennan were light green, and that seemed the most visible/readable. I'm not at all attached to the colour "lightgreen" but wanted something uniform and had to pick something. Jhfortier (Talk · contribs ) 17:42, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
age?
[edit]How old is he? -- how old is the character?. 190.51.186.237 (talk) 10:46, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
Psychological Inference
[edit]There is no reference for the areas claiming that Zack has Asperger's...and the evidence given is tenuous at best. I think there should be some trepidation about diagnosing a fictional character with a mental disorder at all, and doubly so when there isn't any evidence that he's meant to have the disorder by design.
Also, the notion that Booth is aware of his innocence because of what he says during his coma dream sort of flies in the face of the conclusion that the dream itself was just Booth processing what Bones read to him from her book. The second conclusion is offered in the 'reality' of the show, and the article notes it as well. It seems to me that it can't be both. There's no reference in the article for the conclusion that Booth has some unconscious knowledge of Zack's innocence either, so it's just original research at this point anyway. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.208.52.40 (talk) 17:45, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
Just took a look at the fansites,
[edit]and Bones fans seem to want Zack to return as a counteract to Christopher Pelant. Does this have any place on the content page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.181.160.60 (talk) 21:33, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
Character history
[edit]"The episode closes with Zack behind bars at the institution and Sweets keeping his secret." this is not how the episode ends, it ends with Zack passing the front gates and Sweetes walking away. That is the most objective view possible. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.99.218.147 (talk) 03:31, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
