I am a student at Drake University and I created this page in order to meet the standards of the course, Wikipedia:Wiki Ed/Drake University/Global Youth Studies (Fall 2015). In order to increase awareness of Global South youth issues, a topic that is traditionally underrepresented on Wikipedia, I attempted to focus on issues related to education, labor, and health care. I noticed that identification with Mongol ethnicities is an important aspect of youth culture; however, I was unable to find many resources that focused this issue as a youth topic.
