Do a news archive search on "Young Democrats of North Carolina" using Google and you come up with 52 significant secondary sources (including nearly all the major North Carolina newspapers and the New York Times). This meets the criterion suggested as a rule of thumb for notability.
Therefore, I will remove the notability warning, and work to further improve the page.
