You have to be totally ignorant in political science and in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to think that he is not notable. Sure, this article badly needs some copyediting and referencing. There should be something about the fact that he was heavily involved in the "Bitterlemons" mideast newsletter in the decade of the 2000s and in the early 2010s.
