Reference 3 is the singularly unhelpful "ibid". I guess this might refer to Ref 1, which is almost as unhelpful. The book by Monica Watson is out of print, and unfindable, and it is not clear what the link to Grove is supposed to mean. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?
