[edit]There is a factual problem with this article. Yi Gang was indeed a tenured associate professor at Indiana University. But the link provided takes the reader to the wrong Indiana University wikipedia entry. The current link takes one to the description of Indiana University that makes it clear it is about the campus at Bloomington. Yi Gang was never a member of the Economics Department at the Bloomington campus of Indiana University. He was a tenured associate professor at the Indianapolis campus of Indiana University, which goes by the full name of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis or, increasingly commonly, the initials, IUPUI.
This is complicated because Indiana University is the name for the system consisting of Indiana University (Bloomington) and Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) as core campuses plus six other branch campuses around the state. But the campus at Bloomington is also referred to as Indiana University because it is the original historic Indiana University that existed in the 19th century when it was the only campus. The naming conventions of Indiana University at the current time are too idiosyncratic and convoluted for me to clear up. But that would be a worthy task for someone.
The simplest way to fix the factual inaccuracy I am reporting is to replace the link to the Indiana University (Bloomington) entry with a link to Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Ecprof1234 (talk) 02:51, 12 October 2010 (UTC)
