Faked death theory

[edit]

Shouldn't the faked death theory be added to the page, it has been widely mentioned in news and newspaper articles and would be similar to other famous person's pages that have this theory 86.13.7.181 (talk) 14:27, 7 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Image

[edit]

The current lead image is a blurred and rather informally-taken headshot. Why can't one of his official images, taken in some professional setting, be used? 49.205.252.178 (talk) 08:46, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Likely due to copyright issues. Any image used on Wikipedia must have a copyright compatible with Wikipedia's, which allows for reuse by anyone for any purpose with attribution. That usually means that it must be uploaded by the photographer(if they are willing to release the rights to the image) or already made available with a copyright compatible with Wikipedia(which must be explicit, we can't assume). Most images available on the internet are not suitable for Wikipedia. 331dot (talk) 09:02, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
