Novosibirsk Maniac is solved. The name of the criminal is Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Chuplinsky, or simply Yevgeny Chuplinsky. He is sentenced for life imprisonment. Therefore, the article has to be renamed into Yevgeny Chuplinsky.--Joél be back (talk) 18:49, 6 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
