contradictions in Description

[edit]

removed on 8/18/14:

"There have been studies that have found yellow bullheads ranging from 1 to 12 years of age, the study used over 200 fish from different habitats in the southern Florida everglades to conduct this experiment.1 In the study they used the total length of a bullhead as a function of absolute age allowing them to compare the pectoral spine length and weight.1 Catfish and bullheads have sub-terminal mouths in which the end of the snout only projects slightly beyond the mouth of the fish."

This contradicted the sentence before it on the age of the bullhead, the correct lifespan should be added when citation is found. It also contains supplementary information that may be better to stay in the source. L7y (talk) 19:18, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Needs more citation and proofreading

[edit]

Citations are only used once in the description. The sources for this article (academic paper) need to be more reliable and the topic should be better supported. The article needs some proofreading.Cp3105pc (talk) 01:57, 26 September 2016 (UTC) 108.31.52.22 (talk) 01:55, 26 September 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.31.52.22 (talk) 01:54, 26 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
