This individual is only notable for one event of minimal significance, her dubious 2006 claim to Segorba. WP:BIO1E calls for this type of single-event notablility to be covered in an article dealing with the event. In this case, everything said about her with the exception of the Georgio quote is already on the Segorba page and there is nothing else notable to be said about this woman. Likewise, much of the material that comes and goes in this article fails standards of tone and verifiability for a biography of a living person. This individual doesn't merit a separate page - the Georgio quote should be inserted into the Principality of Seborga article, and then this page redirected there.
