Need for update and neutral re-write

You must not say that something is a premier company etc. This is an opinion. WP is not the place for you to express opinions (except, possibly, at talk pages).

There need to be some citations for the second section.

There also needs to be an up-to-date list of programmes, as of July 2017, not 2011.
