Customer Service and reliability of connections

Not a subscriber to Xplornet. I have Shaw Internet in Winnipeg. Curious about their service and found a YouTube video about them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzuLSMg0h5M Wikipedia article doesn't mention the downsides of Xplornet.
