Renaming

Renaming the article to "Sarai" might be a convenient move keeping in view several Assamese terms e.g. "Saraighat" (শৰাইঘাট), etc. Since for the Assamese Pronunciation, IPA-as is added, it can be used as a similar term as Saraighat, which is Etymologically connected to the Sarai/Xorai.
