[edit]The first two paragraphs are strikingly similar to the text found on the site on the first link (http://www.midi.org/techspecs/xmf). The site itself only explains the format the same way as an encyclopedia should, however it claims that use of any material, including text, is prohibited without permission, so this seems unacceptable unless there is a written permission, or the first two paragraphs are replaced. 78.92.181.247 (talk) 18:13, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
I've just realized that most of the text is if it were lifted from the MIDI organization's website, so I removed mostly all and replaced it with a very short description. I don't know much of this topic, so a lot of adjustment is needed. 78.92.181.247 (talk) 18:19, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
