Thorpe
[edit]So is there any reference to the Empire State University coach Thorpe being a homage to the real Jim Thorpe? I've no doubt it's an intended ref, but we need the ref. Lots42 (talk) 10:23, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Wyatt or Will?
[edit]"The character was inspired by Olympic athlete Jim Thorpe." Since the reference is a book and not a link, I can't check it, but I always thought Wyatt was supposed to be Jim Thorpe Jr., and Will was supposed to be Jim Thorpe, since Will was"the greatest Olympic decathlon star this country ever had".
