Advert and other tags

Regarding the advert tag, it needs to stay as long as there is content like "the firm's structure enables efficient and effective delivery of legal services". The other tags are about copying/pasting and probable copyright violations. Please do not remove any tags until the issues are fixed. Reducing to stub

Because of the rampant copying/pasting from the WT&C website, I have reduced this article back to a stub. This has to happen because we have strict copyright rules and we expect all prose to be put in the writer's own words, and be cited by third-party, reliable sources.
