Merge proposal

I propose to merge Rebecca Wallace-Segall here. The entire notability of that individual seems to be tied to her founding of this organization, with no sources providing in-depth coverage prior to its founding, and no sources that I could identify covering the individual other than with respect to her connection to the organization.
