List contains only 46 countries out of at least 193 (number of UN member states)
[edit]The list contains information on no more than 24 % of the countries of the world and therefore is completely missing information on at least 76 % of all the countries! This must be corrected. 92.63.48.182 (talk) 15:59, 4 September 2022 (UTC)

Anyone who oppose to include American Telegram in United States row?
[edit]Added this topic as request of @Fkumbila. Gcycaas (talk) 17:22, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- I challenged the inclusion because, from what I can see, AT (distinct from the actual company AT&T) is not an actual telegram service, but sends greeting-card-like "telegrams" by sending paper notes via UPS. It's housed on a free "GoDaddy" website, doesn't have a physical address, and neither sends nor receives telecommunications. iTelegram might also use UPS, I don't know, but is appropriate to the scope of this article only because they are the successor to Western Union Telegram and are an FCC registered telco. - Thanks for your reply! Nowadays it's pretty hard to define actual telegram service since technology already advanced a lot. I tried iTelegram once, my message was delivered by FedEx. It's not suprised that many 21st century telegram company hire 3rd party couriers instead of hire their own. Besides, iTelegram has no relationship with Western Union, they are a Canadian based telegram company since 2003 and took over Western Union's telegram customers when WU suspended their telegram service[1]. While they claim Western Union's telegram network are now part of International Telegram, American Telegram claim they formerly operated as Western Union Telegraph Agencies as well. So iTelegram and American Telegram should be similar bussinesses. However, the FCC part is a concern. While iTelegram shows people their FRN on their website, American Telegram only has a link to a so called "FCC Grant of Authority" form which doesn't provide any useful information. They keep mentioning FCC on their website, but they never show their FRN, I can't even find them in FCC's CORES system. So I agree not to include it until we can prove that they're not a simple "greeting-card" disturbing service. Gcycaas (talk) 04:13, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
