World War Two casualties
The main page lists deaths by country. The United States shows 131,038,000. Below in the details by country it shows the 407,xxx that is presumably correct. Figured maybe an editor could verify and correct as needed. Or maybe it’s too early and I am totally mistaken. Happy 4th. :) Labrataz1 (talk) 17:44, 3 July 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Labrataz1- Thanks for posting. That first column in the chart is total population. Completely understandable that you missed that, given the title of the chart, but they had to include that column somewhere. Eric talk 18:15, 3 July 2020 (UTC)
Does anyone know a source for deaths by year? e.g., number of US deaths in 1942? number of US deaths in 1943? number of deaths in 1944? number of deaths in 1945? All I can find in references are aggregate numbers for the whole war. Jaredroach (talk) 23:36, 20 September 2020 (UTC)
