[edit]In response to the "appearance" of a close connection to the subject of this article, I am not related to, nor do I have a close connection with the subject. I have read and been inspired by the experiences contained in his memoir. Details about the subject's childhood experiences and personal life are verifiable and have now been referenced with citations.
- Much of this content seems to be sourced to his own memoir. The question is whether that meets wikipedia's definition of being verifiable and a reliable source. Is the publisher of the memoir, "Bookends Press", a way of self-publishing? Is the book available somewhere? It does not seem to be listed on WorldCat or Google Books. - Hi Melcous, thank you for your constructive feedback. To ensure that the information contained in the article is verifiable and neutral, I am going to remove the content that is sourced from the subject's memoir. Can you please provide feedback on steps I can take to resolve the "close connection" question? Victor C. Bolling (talk) 15:32, 28 April 2022 (UTC)
