[edit]With all due respect to the author: this article seems to be lacking in references to source material. Are the concepts described here merely the author's understanding of permissible conduct, or is there some documented source? (e.g. American Bar Association Model Rules of Conduct, etc.)
Also, it seems to me that this was written rather from an attorney's point of view. What about the situations where an attorney cannot resign? (i.e. you've found your client to be despicable and/or guilty, but you are still bound to represent him at least through his current hearing.) It would be nice to see what some of the protections are for a client. Geebee2K (talk) 02:33, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
- Valid points - I'll see what I can do. Cheers! bd2412 T 03:37, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
