Issues:

• Lead: Remove unneeded comma before Grey's Anatomy
• Lead: "and the 50th episode overall" to "and the show's 50th episode overall"
• Lead: "It aired on the ABC in the United States on February 1, 2007" → "The episode originally aired on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) in the United States on February 1, 2007". To many "it"'s in the main paragraph
• Production: Link executive producer
• Reception: No need for "Thursday"
• Reception: "IGN Entertainment" to "IGN"
• References: Ref. 1 - Remove the IMDb source, as per WP:IMDB and WP:RS. It isn't a good source
• References: Authors should be like "West, Kelly", not "Kelly West". Thanks. Use the "first" and "last" parameter for this.
