Classical Music?

[edit]

The article at present currently states that as a general theme, Soft Parade and "Wishful Sinful":

"incorporat[ed] elements of classical music."

But I don't think this is accurate. A string section does not necessarily equal "classical music."

My impression is that "Soft Parade" contains more jazz influence than classical.

Also, seems like I read somewhere (the Morrison bio No One Here Gets Out Alive perhaps?) that "Wishful, Sinful" was an attempt at doing a Frank Sinatra-type song.
