This article doesn't address the differences between the Trabant and the Wipeout. As I recall, the Trabant's movement was much simpler than that of the Wipeout, but I lack the vocabulary to describe the difference, and actually came here hoping to find out how to describe it. That is, I can say that the Trabant didn't have the wave-like motion of the Wipeout, but to describe it in more precise terms is beyond me. (I also believe the Trabant tilted upwards at a much greater angle than the Wipeout does.)

Although it is only "original research," I have observed that while the Trabant made me very queasy (something that has never occurred on any other ride), I find the Wipeout mostly pleasant until near the end when it feels more like a Trabant (and nothing like a Himalaya). That was what led me here - to understand specifically what characteristic of the Trabant, as opposed to the Wipeout, made me so miserable. But it would also be nice to have the description for people wanting to know why the Trabant was superseded by the Wipeout. 165.225.38.80 (talk) 19:50, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
