Winthrop C. Libby has served as the president of the University of Maine. According the reference provided, he has made remarkable contribution to the university in his tenure. Libby Hall, dedicated in 1990 and housing the offices of the UMaine Cooperative Extension Service, was named in his honor. As such, this article should not be deleted. Instead, more details about this person should be added
