Population

[edit]

The Bucks CC referenced figure of 8,676 appears to be for the Winslow Electoral Division, which includes Great Horwood, Padbury, Thormborough and Whaddon. The original figure of 4,519 was sourced from the ONS 2001 Census data, as the population for Winslow alone. I believe that the latter figure is correct for this article, so I am reverting to it. ~ Scribble Monkey 08:47, 28 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Winslow railway station article?

[edit]

Any local volunteers to write a Winslow railway station article? As a starting point, I suggest plagiarising from Verney Junction railway station and Claydon railway station and adding some local colour. See also Varsity Line. --Concrete Cowboy 16:59, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've made a first cut at Winslow railway station. Updates welcome.
