Myers North-East
[edit]First I rescued this External link via Internet Archive, and expanded its description thus, nearly reference-ready.

Then I read it. It seemed familiar so I compared with the obituary by Julia Eccleshare and deleted it as a paraphrase too close for comfort. Paraphrase plus some more detail about Cawley's stories.
