Wing was assigned to work for/with the Washington State Board Against Discrimination among his other civil rights duties; Elihu ["Bud"] Hurwitz, another Asst. Attorney General for Washington State, also served to help with Board. Wing had younger sister, Betty Luke, who was a member of Phrateres [Independent Women's Association] at the UW. I worked at the WSBAD from 1958-1960; and was an older member of Phrateres when Betty also a member.
