Function section is too specific and without explanation
[edit]In §Function, there is no explanation of where this 1/3 to 2/3 Vcc range comes from. One implementation of a window detector might use the voltage range of 1/3 to 2/3 Vcc (as does the 555 timer IC), but there is nothing about window detection requiring this range or any other range. Even in the 555 timer IC, there is a Control Voltage (CTRL) input which can be used to adjust the upper range of the window, thus changing the range to 1/3 Vcc to CTRL. The Comparator article explains V+ and V- in much more generic terms. 74.119.196.68 (talk) 16:12, 25 April 2018 (UTC)
