Proposed page move

I propose that this page be moved to something like Winchester Public Schools, since that is the name used on the school system's own Web site. I don't see the point in not calling the school system what it calls itself, especially in the absence of a citation to an official source for the name "Winchester City School District." Moreover, the term in Virginia statute is "school division," not "school district." Doctor Whom 17:27, 9 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
