American Doctrine

[edit]

I expected to read about the (Woodrow) Wilson Doctrine - the US terms (14 terms) for peace during WW1, wich the president announced in the congress. It's by far more importaint then some intern UK politics in the 1970's. Very bad, and something I didn't expect to find in english Wikipedia. (unsigned comment 18 March 2011‎ 83.249.43.214)

--- That doctrine is normally known as the Fourteen Points. I'm not sure it's often referred to as "the Wilson Doctrine", whereas the British surveillance doctrine often is. Omicron18 (talk) 07:51, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article will clearly need updating with this recent development: http://www.theguardian.com/society/2014/nov/11/prisoners-phone-calls-mps-monitored-grayling Philipwhiuk (talk) 15:14, 11 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
